Complimentary Cleaning Offer Terms

Offer valid for new residential customers within Excellence Co’s service area.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not combinable with other promotions or discounts. If a deep clean is required to reach maintenance level, that service is billed at the quoted rate and complimentary credit(s) apply only to subsequent standard visits as scheduled above. 

Right to Refuse/Discontinue Service. For safety, sanitary, or policy reasons, Excellence Co. may decline or discontinue service at its reasonable discretion, including (without limitation) in cases of unsafe or unsanitary conditions, harassment or abusive conduct, presence of biohazards or hazardous materials, suspected illegal activity, repeated last-minute cancellations/no-shows, or nonpayment. Excellence Co. provides services in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected class. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as required by law.
