3 Free Cleaning Referral Promotion Terms
Eligibility & Offer Scope. Offer valid for new residential customers within Excellence Co.’s service area; limited to the first 25 homes and subject to schedule capacity. Three complimentary visits apply only to regularly scheduled standard cleanings (weekly or biweekly) at the customer’s quoted standard rate. Free Cleaning #1 is applied to the first standard cleaning after service start; Free Cleaning #2 is applied to the first standard cleaning on or after 6 months of continuous service; Free Cleaning #3 is applied to the first standard cleaning on or after 12 months of continuous service.
Referral Program. Existing customers (“Referrers”) may earn complimentary cleanings by referring new customers who enroll in weekly or biweekly recurring service and maintain continuous service for 12 months. Each referred customer (“Referral”) receives the same three free cleanings described above, provided they remain in good standing and on schedule. The Referrer receives one free cleaning after the referral's first paid cleaning, one after the Referral completes 6 months, and one after 12 months of continuous service. Referrer’s rewards are contingent upon the Referral maintaining eligibility and good account standing.
Limits & Credits. 'Earn up to a year of free cleanings’ refers to a maximum of 26 complimentary cleanings per customer per year under this referral program. A maximum of 26 free cleanings (combined total) may be redeemed by any one customer per year. Complimentary credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not combinable with other promotions or discounts. If a deep cleaning is required to reach maintenance level, that service is billed at the quoted rate, and complimentary credits apply only to subsequent standard visits as scheduled above. Credits #2 and #3 require continuous, on-schedule service and an account in good standing; if service is paused for more than 30 days, eligibility timelines pause until service resumes. Excellence Co. may modify, pause, or terminate the promotion at any time, including upon reaching capacity.
Right to Refuse/Discontinue Service. For safety, sanitary, or policy reasons, Excellence Co. may decline or discontinue service at its reasonable discretion, including (without limitation) in cases of unsafe or unsanitary conditions, harassment or abusive conduct, presence of biohazards or hazardous materials, suspected illegal activity, repeated last-minute cancellations/no-shows, or nonpayment.

Excellence Co. provides services in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected class. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as required by law.
